In BR last UA LSU game, this gas station cashier wouldnt sale me a pack of cigarettes because i had an alabama hat on. I gave him the and said frick you cocksucker, and then when pulling out of the parking lot, threw a taco bell burrito at the gas station window and it splattered all over the place. LSU fans were for the most part cool though. I gave an LSU fan a ride from BD stadium to Bob B's Wings the year before last. He tried to pay me 20 bucks, but i refused the money. I'm all about good relations with other fans.

nothing is worse than ole miss campus security and oxford police over-reacting to that cop's death a couple of years back. they put a road block right in the fricking middle of the square. of course, they found a drunk driver. when the cop put his hand in the car to pull the keys out of the ignition; the driver drove off while the cop's hand got caught and drug him to death. Now that campus is on lock-down for gamedays. No unattended ice-chests, no cans, and don't get caught pouring drinks in cups. they have cops who work the gate to make sure no one drunk gets in the stadium. They're outta control.

It's been like that for a long time. The getting patted down depends on which gate you go into. If you go through the student gate then yes guys you are getting patted down. It was like that when I started at Ole Miss in 2000. We went through another gate at the Auburn game this year and nothing walked right through. Also the cooler, cans thing is a county law. Because Lafayette is a dry county (meaning don't serve cold beer) they banned you from having it on campus, this can all be taken care of by finding a tent placing the ice chest under and table and having a pad lock on it. I have pulled this off for 2 years very successful. As for teams I hate the most Bama wins I am so sick of hearing about how great you and the bear were, followed by Florida. Arkansas is making it's way back up the list. Then State then LSU as for the rest they don't too much bother me.

I don't think there is any doubt we are the most hated. No apologies needed.

For most schools, we are a top 3 game every year. Especially years in which we are better than average.

Along with Auburn, Tennessee, and LSU the Mississippi schools have some obsession with us.

it's getting worse and worse. no more warnings or fines. they're taking a lot more people to the drunk tank these days from when I first started going to games in 2001

My dad was a Southern Miss alum, back in the 70's and 80's they had a pretty good rivalry with Bama. FWIW my mom still has christmas ornaments with scores and dates from those games. I guess maybe it's Bama cause I was started early hating ya'll however i was also taught to hate Ole Miss and it didn't take.

Law about beer on campus was passed not this season but last. Oh and I did not know this but Ole Miss stadium has a holding facility in it. Friend of mine got stuck in there for the entire game last year.

A friend of mine (Ole Miss fan) went to two games last year. He got put in the holding tank one game. His date the next.

whoever is the most hated has got to be doing something right.

there's got to be something said for the overall records a team has vs another team.

#1 reason for hate is amounts of losses, i mean, right??? who cares about a team you constantly kill.. like vanderbilt. (no offense to the vandy fan out there that ends up actually seeing that)

Vanderbilt fans keep their mouth shut. That might explain why nobody hates them. Bammers football program has been a trainwreck every since Bear Bryant died, but their fans still talk more shite than any other group of fans in the entire country. That probably explains why everybody hates the gumps

What's so awesome about what you said, is that you're right...we -have- been in a trainwreck (until Saban got here)...and IN that trainwreck, we've managed a national title and at least 3 SEC championships. i can't imagine how YOU in particular might sound if your team had done the same thing.
