I live in Savannah and admittedly give UGA a lot of grief but this description is a little overboard. However, it's understandable that St. Patrick's day would draw a large neck tattoo crowd

I will never go back for St. Patty's Day. Between the neck tatoo crowd at the stages, the overflowing porta potties and trash cans and drunks everywhere and those smelly arse kids cooking canned beans on the river walk.... 
I used to love Savannah but that ruined it for me. We haven't done a weekend there since then.

I've never been embarrassed by anything Tim has done. 
He sponsored this event at my church in Jax. Actually, it was done in 44 cities and two different countries. 7000 people with special needs had their "prom" night
