I'm new enough to these boards where I haven't really learned all of the frequent posters, but is this Maximus guy for real? Is this his normal shtick or is he just having a bad day?

This isn't the first time. Eventually, anything about A&M devolves into him calling the Cadet Corps a Nazi cult. No bonfire jokes yet, but I assume that's the next step.

I got banned for the first time earlier this month...but I deserved it for trolling the soccer board.

He gets banned every couple of months for calling Aggies Nazis and insulting military personnel.

Those are Aggie sites and they are trying delete speedy posts as fast as they can. Not a reliable source.

LSU had a couple big threads going on the 247 site that vanished. Aggie sites are still freely discussing it.

From Mark Passwaters at Rivals:

I can confirm via a member of Sumlin's staff that Speedy got into town Monday morning and has been there the whole week.

He reminds me of a DEP LOSS I had as a recruiting commander (about 5 years ago) who only enlisted "until he could find something better":

This 19 year old turd who thought he knew everything wanted to show how badass he was to his fiancee by telling his recruiter that he wasn't going to ship in person and wanting to talk to the commander face to face about it.

The recruiter brought me into her office with the two of them and the first question I asked was, "So tell me why I should care whether you ship or not?" He couldn't believe that I wasn't trying to kiss his arse and make him stay in.

Long story short, the recruiter in question told me I made her day and we still took the loss.

So did Aggie sites and they took it down b/c they are trying to keep it quite. Look at Texags. They removed the thread.

Confirmed from multiply sources speedy was not in New Orleans. Aggie fans are spreading this rumor as fast as they can in the hope that the situation dies down.

Fact is Speedy was not in New Orleans at the times of the crimes.

Well, I don't believe in banning if at all possible; I defend his right to be an a-hole. Tiger Droppings allows freedom of expression and that amurrican. JMOH.

It's up to the discretion of the site owner. He has a right to be an a-hole. He also has a right to face the consequences of his actions.

I got banned recently for trolling the soccer board. I have a right to do that again...I also have a right to be banned if I do so.

Make a disparaging remark about Les Miles' wife or Katrina and see how well that goes.

If it's a fact, let's see the evidence.

You can say I follow Ags tightly since my cousin committed years ago. I'm happy deshazor will finally have a chance to show his play making ability in press

He's got 3 touchdowns in the last 2 seasons. If he's BETTER in press coverage, it may be a very entertaining season.

He's much better in press. He's very physical, can support the run, has excellent agility, top speed to recover and knowledge of the game.

He can shut down half the field against anyone.

Not sure why they haven't put him in positions to make more plays...
