I guess only Auburn logic could conjure up the idea that UGA has experienced "decades of failure". But I think it's a lot more jealousy than logic.

Alabama has « One » more than Clemson and Georgia and two more than Ohio State and LSU/ UM.

When your sample size is all of ten, a difference of one or two is statistically significant. Here are some other ways to state what your data represents:

Over the time period listed, Alabama won 30% of all available NCs. This was 1.5 times greater than the next closest team.

Over the time period listed, Alabama won 150% as many NCs as did Georgia or Clemson, and 300% as many as Ohio State, Michigan, or LSU.

Over the time period listed, Alabama played in 60% of all available CFP championship games. This is 1.5 times as many as the next closest team (Clemson), and twice as many as Georgia.

Uh, "modern era" has traditionally been defined as the most recent 50 years, not 10. If you're going to do recent historical at least begin with the beginning of the 2000's.

Modern era is the playoff era it’s pretty simple to follow. And the University of Georgia is the only DAWG in this fight who has won back to back National Championships.

Alabama has a full bucket of pageantry championships and surely it’s fine to fuss about the old days before the modern era of playoff football.

I’ll give you a pass on understanding what the group is discussing if your stuck in fifty year old football…

Stop, just stop. Stop the trying to piecemill a time frame together to make UGA look like something they aren't. Alabama's dynasty from 2009 to 2020 is the greatest college football dynasty ever and no matter how hard you try you can't deny it nor change it. You had your chance at a dynasty but failed, you ended up being a better version of Clemson during their few-year run.

And in terms of the modern era, everyone knows UG's 2021 title came at the expense of the two players who dunked all over them like a bitch missing the rematch...
So why do UG fans pretend to act so dominant when they've literally won one legit title since 1980 ?

I never thought I'd see the day when Alabama fans whined and moaned so much about one loss. 33-18 happened. I was there. I saw it. Everyone outside of the Bama faithful knows Georgia's 2021 title was legitimate and deserved. None of your excuses will change that. It's time to move on.

So now college football only started in 2014? This sport is the only thing I know that keeps getting younger the more time that passes.
