Okay. I'm probably one of the biggest Mizzou detractors on this board. I have never, not in one single post, ever allowed a moment's consideration that Mizzou belongs in the SEC. I have called for Mizzou to be the first team to get booted from the conference more than once. But DAYUM! That's frikkin' impressive and says a hell of a lot about your team and the players' dedication to their university and to each other. It's about damned time a team gelled like this and stood in solidarity with no deserters.
I am very appreciative of the fine example Missouri's team sets with this action! The rest of our conference's entitled Prima Donna players should take note.

They aren't sticking with the game because of "brotherhood". They don't have enough next level talent that can opt out to make a difference AND more importantly, they are going to try to use this game to elevate their program.
Same reasons Arizona doesn't have any opt-outs for the Holiday bowl tonight against us.
Mid-level programs will be doing this going forward to claim they're on the rise when they have a bowl game against a big-name opponent that has a bunch of opt-outs.

Read what Rambo said, OP was misleading. We’re without a few draft players, but they are dealing with injuries, none played the last few reg season games. We have about 5 players expected to be drafted the first few rounds.
