Every SEC team can pay this fine with their eyes shut. Stupid rule

You want us to asterisk every reference to that game with (Pratt was hurt).
B/c you guys keep acting like you beat a full strength top 25 team. Pratt is a top 5 college QB in the country this year and would be the best QB in the SEC.
Their backup Kai Horton is a sophomore who is a statue in the pocket and is nowhere near as accurate w/the ball when he's passing. He severely limits what Tulane can do on offense. shite, they could only score 21 points on Southern Miss w/o Pratt.

Even without Pratt they are probably still the best G5 team.
Highly doubtful. Again, their offense has been completely neutered w/o him. If they still had Tyjae Spears it might be different but he's in the NFL and their current running backs, while serviceable, can't carry the offense in Pratt's absence. If he was out for the year Tulane wouldn't even be the favorite to win the American let alone the best G5.
Tulane losing Pratt would be like if Colorado no longer had Shedeur Sanders. They'd go from being a dynamic offense to mediocre at best really fast. Put him on Bama and or UGA and he's a front runner for Heisman and there would be no debate on who the #1 team in the country was. There's a reason schools like Florida and Notre Dame were begging him to transfer this summer. He's that good.

But what if a kicker gets iced by his own coaching staff not sending the team on the field and pushing him back 5 yards extra?
Do we get your permission then?

Here is a novel idea. Let kids and fans enjoy the dang sport, and quit judging them if they want to celebrate by rushing the field.
Really is bizarre to see grown men arguing about people celebrating wins because it was "k-state" or some other thing. It was a big win with an epic walk off.
I love that Mizzou now holds the SEC record for the longest field goal. Freaking Thiccer Kicker.

guess Bama should’ve rushed the field when they blew them out 9 months ago.
Did you share a conference with them for 100 years and haven't seen them in over a decade?

Yeah, but at one point in time, when they were talking about upping the fines, they were also considering making repeat offenders have to give up a home game the following season. Thankfully, that didn't get very far.

Never ask permission from some dirt burglar for anything.

I am still leaning toward denying your request, however the fact that the kicker looks like most of us message board warriors, I am taking it into consideration.
But at this point, that is the best I can do.

ANY team that kicks a walk-off 61 yarder against ANY other team deserves to rush the field.

I don't think anyone here wants to hear from Mizzou fans about Mizzou. Could be wrong.

Missouri had so many close losses and wins last year it was heavy on everyone's mind that we were on the way to overtime.
No one expected him to make that 61 yard field goal. When he did the emotions from last year boiled over.

Stoops just keeps breaking down doors that haven’t been broken down here in a long time. There’s two more yet to fall but only one is possible this year lol. We can afford it

You nailed it. We like hearing about real SEC teams

You think Bama would rush the field if they beat Sewanee or Georgia Tech?

Kansas State are worse this year than last year, and they weren’t great then either.
They are the current Big 12 champ.
You lost to Texas who is also currently in the Big 12 and finished third last year.

You seem to have forgotten who dominated the big 12 champ just a little while back. Congrats on the big win i guess

Rushing the field after beating KSU should probably result in a fine.
I know an OU fan didn’t say this.
Kstate owns them.
