I know a lot of folks around here talk shite, but I am happier with Mizzou in the SEC than I am with those gaylord Aggies. The only thing in Texas worth a shite is their oil...

Yes, i'm talking about football and I understand your perspective.

A$M constantly thinks they will beat us and I think Pinkel is 5-1 against them. I do think it's odd that the aggies get more love than they've earned the past decade, but thete is no question they have an amazing fanbase and stadium. That has not translated into wins against us, however.

I could very well be wrong about arky and we could lose more than win againat them but I honestly don't think that happens.

Dude, we've played you guys four times in the last 75 years and we've split 2-2. But if you want to think that your win against us five years ago, with a different coach, after the HC had been fired is the more indicative of the future of our two programs than the current trends being shown, knock yourself out. Good luck on winning two of your next three just to be bowl eligible.

Y'all had 10k empty seats per game last year in a pretty damn good season.

This is somewhat misleading. Mizzou's attendance capacity is 71,004. However, there are only actually ~62,000 seats in the stadium (the rock M hill and standing room bump the number up). The point of the renovation is to add more boxes & actual seating I believe.

But I do hope our attendance numbers see a significant bump now that we'll be bringing Georgia and Florida to the house instead of Iowa State and Kansas.

We finally have a rival!!!

EXACTLY!

I'm just doing my part and fanning the flames.

I know it would be better from a recruiting standpoint for Mizzou to have aTm as our cross rival......but

......no one involved, from the SEC or the two schools, should let an opportunity for this rivalry to blossom go by the wayside. It could be great for many years to come.

I hate that you are in the East. That's just stupid.

We need to get two more teams so that the alignment is right. I don't want to travel to Columbia and really don't know why other than I don't care for the mid-west.

L. O. fricking. L.

Our fricking BASEBALL STADIUM has as many luxury suites as your football stadium.

I'll give you baseball (Mizzou is terrible about supporting baseball, so the stadium has no need to be larger), but Mizzou Arena and Bud Walton Arena are a wash, they are both fantastic facilities.

I wish Mizzou's football stadium was as nice as its basketball arena.

The midwest sucks, but I promise you will enjoy a trip to Columbia. It may not be up to snuff at this point in terms of SEC football passion, but it is still a great college town. You would have fun going out there as a visiting fan.

I bet your basketball team wishes you'd go to the games. Mizzou Arena might be nice (no argument), but you guys suck in terms of fan support. Arkansas, which has been pretty horrible of late, still finished significantly higher than you in basketball attendance.

Its good we are all up in the Hogs kitchen. It also shows they have an inferiority complex withing the inner workings of the SEC hierarchy.

No, just showing you your place at the table.
Trust me talking smack to Missou is remedial compared to what we are used to. Too easy

Remember that we take what we want from Missouri...Frank Broyles, Mike Anderson, your virgininty, Ronnie Wingo, BJ Young, and fittin to be Jonathan Williams and Dorial Green-Beckham.

I love the fallback of "our facilities are better....but, but, but our fans are better"

This has the makings of a beautiful hatred.

Why in the hell are Arky fans all over the Mizzou guys about attendance?

What does it matter if you have more attendance than them? Is there a banner for it?

No argument there. Mizzou was traditionally a basketball school. Then a dickbag named Quin Snyder came along and drove our program into the ground, attendance died after that. Anderson was making strides to recover, but he never could quite get over the hump/get big recruits liked we once did. Then he left and we are back to square one.

I am very bitter about the state of our roundball program because I grew up on good Mizzou basketball in an always sold out Hearnes Center.

He said that Mizzou's facilities were better. I corrected him on that. It's widely known that Arkansas has, top to bottom, some of the nicest athletic facilities in all of college sports.

Another one of your fans pointed out that Missouri has a larger alumni base for support and whatnot. I was simply pointing out that your fans suck if, with such numbers, they still failed to outdraw a small state's shitty team.
