Go 9 team schedule 2 permanent cross division opponents. Win your division by best in division record. First tie breaker is head to head and second tie breaker is who beat their non division rotation opponent and 3rd tie breaker is overall conference record. I just added the extra tie breakers because I don’t know how messy it could get but it rewards in division games first and relies random chance opponents not rewarding teams who automatically get weaker cross division opponents every year.
