I've lived in Kansas myself, in Johnson County, it's pretty nice and liked it, to be honest.

Lol. Literally the only thing over there is corporate office parks, white flight subdivisions, and a soccer team.
Don't get me wrong, the kansas side is certainly "nice" but I'll take the downtown area, the city skyline, the Chiefs, the Royals, the BBQ, the airports, the Plaza, the entertainment districts, the tourism, the museums, the majority of the metro population, the history, etc. every day of the week over a bunch of soccer moms shopping at Whole Foods.
But to each their own

It really is. I'll never deny that it's a mostly a very nice area, but it's hilariously sterile and boring. And they act like they're a bunch of East coast elites. JoCo is one of the least redeeming areas in America aside from having wealthy residents
