It's possible. Minnesota never has a great QB...he is usually average at best.
Good running game, big physical OL that just keeps pounding and wears teams down. Defensively they don't really have anyone you would want on your team but they always play disciplined and don't make many mistakes.
Their coach is one of the better ones in the conference.

State's team looks much better this year.
