Alabama had 35 points at the end of the third quarter and was winning. Saban did everything he could to take the air out of the ball and simply run the clock out. Combine that with the two missed field goals from a usually automatic Riechard, and I would put Alabama in the good category. By the 13 minute mark of the 4th quarter the game was in hand. Saban did not care about scoring more and just wanted the game to be over.

Missouri and Ole Miss games were shootouts. Last team with the ball wins type games. So Missouri and Ole Miss kept their foot on the gas the whole game. Alabama took their foot off the gas with 13 minutes left in the game. Had it remained a shootout, Alabama scores 50 I think. They should have scored 48 as it was.

When Milroe is playing well, the Alabama offense is very dangerous. When he isn’t not so much. But he seems to be getting better every week. We will see how he looks this week.

The entire team's getting better. Cleaning up the idiotic pre-snap penalties helps with offensive flow and the half-time adjustments are top notch from this coaching staff.

I also think that 19 and 26 getting significant touches adds 2 more big play threats that teams have to really prepare for.
