Leach's issue is inconsistency. He's the type of coach that will beat Alabama and LSU but lose to Vanderbilt and a G5 team in the same season.

Cool, I had no idea that MSU was moving to the Pac12 rather than continuing to play in the toughest division in college football.

Leach isn't overrated in this SEC. Leach is a better coach than Orgeron, Kirby, Pruitt, Muschamp, etc.

Better to have high expectations for a relatively unproven leach, than to hire a Jimbo Fisher and know you'll never have his best years.
