Watching Shaun Alexander run was what got me into Bama football when I was a kid. The worst part about going back and watching his highlights is when they show Mike DuBose and his huge gut on the sidelines. Still can't believe that guy won an SEC title.

7 National Champions
2 National Runner Ups
And 9 New Years 6 Bowl Participants

Crazy to think about...but true.

t-1. 2007 LSU (by 7)
t-1. 2007 UL-Monroe (by 7)
3. 2019 LSU (by 5)
t-4. 2011 LSU (by 3)
t-4. 2010 LSU (by 3)

Meanwhile Alabama just crushed LSU by 38 points this past season. Not a good look.
