On3 assigns an arbitrary value to a player that they probably never saw play nor compare players as to competition. Admittedly I hate NIL so know very little about who does what. That being said, explain what the hell that list means like I'm Dabo Sweeny.

These rankings don’t mean much in couple of years. We will see which players live up to their potential.
