The kid from State actually grabbed Harrison on the way down and I think that's what did it. Hope he's ok, but that's a shitty officiating call.
ETA: And it fits nothing on the Flagrant 1 list but it's a Flagrant 1.

Actually the MSU player had his hand around Harrison's neck and I think that is why he fell so hard.
