There is no “well, but” excuses explaining away LSU’s win. Any other team dominating Clemson (even in its current state) in that fashion in the first game of a new head coach’s tenure would have their fan base excited.

HowEVAH, I will say that LSU fans do appear to be assuming they have a guaranteed top 5 team. Seems to be a trend with them when they have good performances, feel like they almost relish shite talking more than just watching football. Probably explains why they crash out so hard when their team ends up being shitty.
