Super conference is coming whether we like it or not. No way this chaos continues, (but as an LSU fan, the kings of chaos college football, ok it if does.)

It's not that complicated. Once the Save College Sports Act passes the NCAA will get an Anti-Trust exemption.
The NCAA will not be done, it will just be done in it's current form. It will then be essentially a professional league with a negotiated CBA that they can enforce. They will negotiate the terms to try to align with more of what people traditionally expect from a college sports system.
Then people can actually be correct in saying you don't have a right to play college football because college football will actually be able to dictate and enforce their rules.
The NCAA will not be done, it will just be done in it's current form. It will then be essentially a professional league with a negotiated CBA that they can enforce. They will negotiate the terms to try to align with more of what people traditionally expect from a college sports system.
Then people can actually be correct in saying you don't have a right to play college football because college football will actually be able to dictate and enforce their rules.

What will take time is negotiating a CBA that satisfies 50 different states and their individual statutes.
The good news is that the NFL CBA will be a framework to look at, as well as nationwide state contract vehicles that individual states sign off on as participating addendums.
It doesn't have to be overly complicated, but it will take time and having the right people involved that know what they are doing will be the most important.

The NCAA is powerless in its current state when a local judge can simply overturn the rules to favor their favorite team.
Antitrust legislation would prevent that.
A megaconference would alienate every fan whose team isn't included, and the damage to non-football sports would be amplified. How would you have March Madness and the College World Series/WCWS?
