•08/31 – Washington State
•09/07 – Arkansas State
•09/14 – Mississippi State
•09/21 – at LSU
•09/28 – Open Date
•10/05 – Ole Miss
Outside of Arkansas State who do you see as a for sure win??? Arkansas State has been a tough team the past few years. Starting 0-5 or 1-4 is not out of the realm of possibility.

Gus doesn't beat WSU at home he'll get run out of town

I've made this point a few times on Auburn boards. How long will they give Gus. What if he starts off rough this year. Will the fans be patient with him or call for his head.
Thats not a easy five game stretch for a new coach with no clearly defined starting QB. The defense will have to pull this team through that tough stretch.

You gotta be trolling to talk football with another fan base??? I actually lived in Birmingham for a year so I started talking sports with some of the guys from there.

None of you guys have yet to answer the question. How many of those first five games are sure wins? I guess attacking my credibility as a poster (or newb as you call it) is means to deflect.
Forget sure wins, how many do you think you win out of the first five? If 0-5 or 1-4 is possible then there is nothing wrong with my post.

So Ole Miss fans think Auburn will get beat by WSU?

I am one guy. I dont speak for the entire Ole Miss fan base. I also havent predicted anything. I just said that the first five games will be tough. There is no games to kind of get your footing. You start off with a Washington State team who has a coach known for offense in his second year. Second year is generally the year where coaches show the most improvement.
Once again instead of deflecting, how do you see the first five games turning out?

Its trolling because I'm not pumping sunshine??? You still have yet to show me why thinking 0-5 or 1-4 start is unrealistic.
Once again what do you think will happen in the first five games?

Well in case you aren't troll start 2-0, two toss ups and a probable loss to LSU
Even though WSU has a 2nd year coach, Auburn comes in with an offensive game plan that it probably still knows better than what it did last year and is at home for WSU

And I could definitely see that. I mean you honestly never know. 4-1 is possible. My concern is at 2-3 do Auburn fans start calling for his head if that were to happen. Especially the losses to the MS schools.
