The rookie salary cap is not official. Even if its passed, it might not take effect for a few years.

I admire the quality of your reach... but if it was you what would you do?

Say you have a near lock for a huge payday if you go this year... if you wait till next year you might get a small fraction of that

Even assuming he doesn't get banged up in college if he returns it seems risky as hell

some agent called Mallet's parents and is filling them full--- nope he has to come back next year and beat on all you SEC suckers who bitch and whine with each loss some more and get those road SEC victories which proves he is a great SEC caliber QB...

Sorry Ole Miss, LSU and Bama -- Mallet will be here next year.....

I dont think many of us are worried. He's a gunslinger, but I seem to remember our D 'containing' him pretty well.

I think he should have said, sorry Auburn. Without Mallet Arky loses in Auburn next year.

True...but was truly his first "game" against a quality opponent....

At home next season, with an EVEN MORE experienced underclassman team...I like our chances to compete

To paraphrase Erin Andrews I don't know what exactly you think you are telling me

All of those teams beat Arkansas this year... I guess you could threaten Auburn and Miss State?

Good reason why he should stay...

All 3 were on the road though...I think the only advantage was to Bama....The other 2 environments were ok

Yea....because all Pro and retired football players look back upon their careers and collectively say "man...sure wish I had one more year of college so I could beat that team"

He said earlier this week that there was no way The Cotton Bowl would take Ole Miss because of some bullshite he came up with.

I remember that too.

quote:

Like it or not our program has more money than Ole Miss. I put our chances of the Cotton at over 50 percent and our chances to Liberty and like 40 percent.

Jerry Jones, Waltons, plus a huge arse amount of cash and traditional Arkansas cotton bowl presence makes this the GOLD mine that they are looking for --- Hate to be the bearer of BAD news but our chances of going to cotton is greater than Ole Miss and we lost to you all this year...

Remember Ole Miss fans -- get you a Jerry Jones then you can get what you need when you need it....

and here it is.
