LSU vs a depleted UGA in death valley is a harder game than LSU vs a stacked UF team in the Swamp.

Good one. You got me laughing.

I thought it was every 6 years?

I was being facetious, but yeah, 6 years between two SEC teams playing in the reg season is way too long. LSU won't play in Athens again until 2025. 12 years between trips there is crazy.

Is this a serious question?

Yes, I think we would all agree UGA is going to be a harder game for LSU then FL.

You asked which one we would be most excited about. You think we look forward to FL more b/c it will be the easier game? Do you even know LSU fans at all? With Burrow in tow, let’s just say Tiger fans got a whole lot more excited about this one. It’s at home vs a potential top 5 team....we relish those situations. We aren’t pussies like FL.

LSU will lose to both teams most likely.

LOL. You remind me of Andy Bernard talking about his alma mater. "Cornell...ever heard of it?"

Yall had a great team that year, but it's not like the 04/05/13 games didn't "matter".

You do know we beat LSU for a SEC Championship, right?
2005? You returned the favor in 2011.

It didn't matter as much for LSU in 2005. Texas and USC were going to play in the title game no matter what.

Yall were ranked 3rd in the country and USC/Texas both had big games to play that day. To say it didn't "matter" (which that other poster did) is simply asinine. Even if hindsight shows us that it ultimately wouldn't have gotten you in the title game, it still absolutely very much mattered.

If you can't understand that Texas and USC were playing no matter what, I can't help you. USC was #1 in the BCS and played #11 UCLA that day. Texas was #2 and played Colorado that day. LSU had one loss and was ranked #4. Beating #13 UGA would not have moved LSU up enough to pass either of them even if they had lost their final games.

USC would have been #2 if it had lost to UCLA. Texas would have been #1. Those two teams were 1 and 2 pretty much all season. LSU would have been #3.
