They're good. Not great, but good.

I'd say UGA is probably better at QB and LB but otherwise LSU has better units

JMO and those sorts of comparisons never really matter anyway, it isn't like one OL plays the other OL

Thanks. Jj will take all the help he can get

Randle is a matchup problem for just about anyone though.

Their front three is definitely big, but do not seem that aggressive, but good feet nonetheless.

1. Our O-Line has good drives and bad drives. Sometimes they rely too much on their size and strength and get sloppy which leads to them getting beat. Not sure if we will get any of the currently injured guys back in time for the game on Saturday, but there's a chance that Dallas Lee will play guard (hurt in the Florida game)

2. Triple option is a weird offense to defend. It looked like we loaded up to stop the dive at the beginning of the game at the expense of the edges. I think that flipped toward the end of the game and we started shutting down the edges but GT had some success up the middle.

3. Neither Crowell nor Samuel played v. Tech. Malcome had a couple of nice, tough runs toward the end of the game. And yeah, GT's QB is not a great passer.

4. Butler is a very good punter. Lots of punts downed inside the 20, and lots of 50+ yarders. Y'all probably still hold the edge in that category with Wing, though. Murray is pretty mobile and learning when to tuck the ball and run and when to throw the ball away. He is streaky, though. When he is "on" he is deadly accurate with perfect touch, but when he is "off" or overexcited he tends to throw high.

it's GA tech man...watching this game is totally different than normal games. I'm not saying your analysis isn't correct, but trying to analyze our defense based on one team that runs the triple option seems a bit odd considering how we'll face an offense totally different

They've been pretty solid all year though we haven't faced many top notch QBs. 10 TDs allowed this year (3 from Kellen Moore; 2 others from trick plays) to 17 INTs.

our secondary is the weakest unit of the defense but not bad. boykin is our best corner but commings has also done very well. rambo and shawn williams have done great at safety and branden smith is the nickel

also, this is kind of a hard game to judge our defense and well our offense too. our offense was all pass because we didn't play crowell and GT has no secondary. our defense actually showed different looks than most season and it is just such a unique offense you'd be better served watching our other games to see our defense in action

I took that into consideration. My thing is, if lsu played tech (we have) we would shut that shite down.

Bobo likes crossing and post routes. Hmmm

well you can look at the GT game or our main body of work. GT we did a bend but don't break really. they had around 250 or so rushing but that is one of their worst outings and despite having 1 or 2 drives for the most part they were flustered

also, you don't need to pay much attention because bobo calls exactly what you think he will call. we aren't too deceptive on offense

In a bowl game...with 2-3 weeks to prepare. Not the same

ETA: I have the recipe for LSU to destroy UGA. Run 3 trick plays, score 3 TD's, and let your defense be your defense. Scouting report done

i said earlier in another thread that we have been subbing the short passing game as sort of a run game, and since our OL struggles we try to get these passes off quick and run a lot of screens to keep teams honest

Last week was Bobo's high point in terms of playcalling. It was all very odd. He called a good game. However, I'm sure he'll regress back to draw plays on 3rd and 8. If I have to watch that midget try to run straight up the middle one more time, I will find someone large to beat the Down Syndrome out of Mike Bobo.

THIS is idiocy.

Randle is the best WR in the league. Shepard has something like 40 catches, as does Odell Beckahm Jr. You've got an 18 year old as your best receiver. #AnalysisFAIL

Our Defensive Coaching Staff has had the DC positions at the following schools offer our position coaches and/or DC their DC jobs:

Texas
MSU
South Carolina
Clemson
LSU

Yours has...Err...Right, you'll get back to us. If Defensive Coaching talent were expressed as people, then you'd be India. Problem is, we'd be China.
