I looked at the wrong link trying to disprove another LSU idiot.
He said Alabama had zero 5-star commits. I said we had 3. We have 1.

I was using your formula, which is taking the worst ranking a recruit from a service has, and then not even looking at the composite what so ever.

Caleb downs is close but he’s rated as a 4 star by rivals.

So I think he’s definitely a 4 star and will call him a 4 star for now on because only rivals says so. I will definitely not look at the composite at all -LiedSaint method.

Look again. Type “Caleb Downs rivals on your google search” and click the rivals website, it says 4 star.
Rivals does give many 5 stars. So I don’t know what your talking about.

Rivals gives out an initial list of 5-star prospects usually reserved for the Top 15. At the end of each class they finish with 30 5-stars. Caleb Downs is ranked #22 overall on their site. Therefore, he will be a 5-star, barring injury, in their final rankings.

So he’s not a 5 star now. Rivals isn’t the only who has downs as a 4 star. ESPN does as well. So it doesn’t really matter.
My point still stands Alabama has no 5 star commits according to your logic
