There is still 3 more games to play between then and now. It will depend on how well LSU developes on the defensive side of the ball and as for as the Offense goes I do not believe that they have shown what they can do. I believe that once JJ gets his rhythm as for as the scheme goes and the recievers that will be there play in and play out there will be a huge difference on the offense. I believe they are still going through all the players on each side of the ball to see who they can depend on in game situations because practice is a lot difference,, there is nothing like game type situations. That will tell what the true depth charts are on both sides of the ball. I believe they will be different the week of Georgia than they are now. That will make it that much more diffecult for the opposition to prepare for because they do not know who will be where and when by then. I believe it is the way it is right now by design because of this. I still believe LSU will be 5-0 by the time Florida comes to Death Valley.

On paper - NO. But, that is why we play the games.

Not right now, but Florida looks a lot more vulnerable than last year. Their offense looked a lot better last year than now
First of all, did you watch both games? 600+ yards off offense in both games is hardly struggling. If you did watch the games, what in those games led you to believe our offense struggled? Sure CSU was a joke, but don't overlook the fact that we trounced a fairly decent Troy team. Not to mention our starters have played only the first half in both games. I'll give you the fact that we had a couple drops but I think we will be ok.

The Stanford/USC game is a great example of an underdog winning. USC was I believe a 41 point favorite and it was at USC. I think anybobd even thought about what if Stanford wins.

Does LSU stand a chance?
Man, it's college football. Nothing is a given. Of course LSU has a chance. LSU also has a chance to get blown out. Who knows? Every year, people think they've got a team figured out based on one week or one game and never learn. The way a team looks can change drastically from week to week. Last year, Florida looked pretty average until the 2nd half of the Arkansas game and then they caught on fire and were unstoppable. They looked like a completely different team after that.

Pretty confident that you guys will be our toughest game. I think your defense alone will give you a chance; however, the question will be can your offense move the ball consisently enough, especially thru the air.
Thanks, but I think we have the same problem this year we had last (a less than stellar defensive backfield...major exits in '07) and a D-line that is the weakest in 5 years. We will have to outscore someone like UF, and I don't see that happening, short of a '97 miracle game.

In Tiger Stadium on a Saturday night? Nah, no chance.

If we keep improving on defense like we have seen so far and our O gets it shite together, they definately stand a chance at night in Death Valley. As Les Miles said, "where opponents dreams come to die", one of the deeper more meaningful things Ive heard come out of that mans mouth

Opponents have been fairing a little better in death valley as of late...i think we will be fine! I think we present a huge matchup problem for LSU. As previous posters have mentioned, our athletes in space and on the perimeter will give LSU fits. I think we will gash LSU's line and run for 200+ yards. If Crowton doesn't get a little more creative it could be a long night for their O as well.

WE just have to keep improving. Unless the conspiracy theory of Miles hiding everything and saving it for FLorida is true . He is just telling to O line and D line to look awful I love the rantards thinking
