AP is legit. Bad argument on that one.

Les' previous two years at LSU: 19-7
Who has more talent? Who has his players and philosophy firmly placed in the program?

The real question is who had a team that lost 5 conference games while also claiming this is such a bad year in the conference.
Thank goodness for North Texas and Div 1 AA Appy State or LSU wouldn't likely be bowling this year
BTW blaming a QB is not an excuse. LSU should have had another QB besides RP ready to go.

Don't let the other side charm you too much. Wolf in sheep's clothing ya know.

Your nic is fitting
Who did we lose to?
2 teams from the other, stronger division
the 1 team who had a good year in our division, in OT
And two teams with our 4th string QB
Not another SEC team with their 4th string QB goes 7-5, and to a bowl

Hey Alahunter. You probably will not believe this, but we are from the same neighborhood. I grew up in the Clay/Chalkville area. Haven't been back in about 8 years though (parents retired and moved to the Gulf coast). Last time I was there was when they dedicated and renamed the high school gym to my old coach. Had to pay my respects. One of the toughest men I have known I think.

Cool. Born and raised here, went to Elementary school where City Hall is now. We're going bigtown now.
It's not changed a whole lot more, other than in T'ville, with the mega-mall they put in on hwy 11. Got quite a few more neighborhoods too. And the Pig is in the old WD building. Well.. mebbe it's changed a fair bit.

I remember that old WD. Used to ride my bike to go eat at a pizza place and play arcade games there (think it was Pasqualies but not sure). Also, was a place called the Fish Peddler there back then where I would buy stuff for my acquarium. Times have changed a lot I would say but I would bet the area is still kinda as I remember. Except for the mall in Tville. Had no idea about that.

I was talking about the WD off Deerfoot. The one in Chalkville is razed, the strip mall to the left is there, but the old WD is now a new Publix. Pasquales has been there over 30 years, the only constant.
Oh and Trussville just moved into a new H.S. on the other end of Deerfoot, by the interstate, talk about closing the gap on the rivalry there.
