Every year the bcs participants are chosen on their resume. Last year was te first bcs title game using the "Eyeball" test. Which is severely flawed. Why should LSU had to have beaten UGA for the right to play a team they beat at home? Also yes Bama killed LSU on jan9th. All it proved was Bama was 1-1 against LSU. It doesn't mean Bama was superior to LSU.
Do you think ULM was better than Bama in 07? Was Utah really better than Bama in 08? Was ole miss better than Florida in 08? Beating someone doesn't mean you're the better team. Only that you were Better that day

they weren't far superior to LSU all season. They were close to equal actually. We were a little better than Alabama on 11/5 and they were a lot better than LSU on 1/9. Unfortunately for LSU 1/9 was the one that counted. The thing about sports is that you don't have to be the best team in the nation or world you just have to be the best team in the stadium that day. And Alabama was.
