Last thing before I walk back into the office.
I don't applaud Hill for punching the kid. It was completely stupid of him, and I hope he learned a lesson.
But I also understand (kinda-i'm white) how easy it could be to lose your cool when someone calls you the N word.

Not a legal defense. Continuing with the serious note, does anyone know his terms of probation? Was he forbidden from being in establishments that serve intoxicating beverages?

LSU fans are far from the only ones guilty of this type of self-deception... but IMO it is time for most of our fanbase to learn to be a little skeptical of the guy beaten up by a football player being some closet Hitler type or guy who just needed to have his arse kicked.
Having said that I'm sure the next time one of our players punches someone the first tiger rant thread on the subject will include the anonymous allegation that the guy who was beaten up called the player a n-----r and therefore deserved to get sent to a hospital.
