Simply based on quality of competition, I say LSU bc if Clemson plays Louisville, Clemson wins. If La Tech plays Charlotte, they demolish Charlotte. Objectively LSU has the better quality 2-0.

Clemson was very lucky to escape with a win over Georgia Southern at home Saturday. The game was 16-7 deep in the 4th, and Georgia Southern missed a FG that would have put them in position to win it. Clemson is bad--like, not a top 75 team, struggling to complete right now in the Sunbelt bad.

Louisville demolished Villanova 59-13 this past weekend. Villanova is an FCS team. Villanova is a regular FCS playoff team. Louisville did what a top 20 team should do to them.

If we're talking about opponent strength, it's pretty clear that Louisville is better than Clemson right now. A lot teams are better than Clemson right now--they're shockingly bad.

Both Ole Miss and LSU have lots of questions, despite the 2-0 starts. LSU's defense looks legit, Ole Miss' defensive backfield has questions. Sam Leavitt looks mid, Ole Miss' offense looks like we thought it would. Ole Miss has to find a way to get more WRs in the mix than Alexander.

Probably so. Tech is definitely better defensively.

Leavitt just needs to target Tradez Green more.
