I mean the violations LSU has self imposed penalties for fall outside of the definition of the word so apparently.

Good. Anyone found to have not dealt with that shite properly should be punished accordingly.

Not disagreeing, but it will mostly be the institution, not individuals:

"For example, the U.S. Department of Education fined Michigan State University $4.5 million — its largest-ever fine — after a Clery Act investigation in 2019."

Are you sure?

It feels like you’re being a little disingenuous for the sake of arguing right now.

Just take a step back for a second.

LSU is now under federal investigation after a lengthy internal investigation related to the Title IX issues.

On top of that LSU is in a separate NCAA investigation that will seemingly ensnare the football program judging by the self-imposed bowl ban. Signs point to possible LOIC due to the Wade situation being a catalyst for said investigation.

No one knows for sure the extent of consequences for LSU, but it is apparent that it’s not going to be good. May not be catastrophic for O or the football program directly, but your AD and university are about to take a hit.

If this were MSU, I’d be livid and calling for everyone’s head.

It’s a little disingenuous for you to downplay things on these minuet technicalities given the severity of the big picture. It’s an odd, specifically-Louisianan view of things.

As an LSU fan I hope that if they find anyone who helped hide these crimes that they are put in jail for a long, long time

I've never lived in Louisiana.

Not downplaying anything, I've only spoke about the impact on O and the football program which you admit yourself may not be at risk here.

I absolutely expect fines to be levied and administration to lose their jobs.

You’ve been adamant that O’s job is safe.

It may be, but we just saw a coach shite canned before NCAA judgement even came down.

If you don’t think his seat is at least hot with the NCAA problems combined with his football players getting the university itself in trouble, then you’re missing the forest from the trees.

Then why the hell are you such a LSU fanboy? Just to troll?

It is based on the evidence we currently have.

Most of the NCAA issues stem from issues that predated O.

These semantics are what you are getting called out over. More evidence exists as there wouldn’t be self imposed sanctions otherwise. You know this and simply qualify it with the word currently because you’re a troll.

The entire SEC hopes that O survives the oncoming storm. It’s nice to have a moron in charge in BR

Sure there would.

What are you even talking about right now? The violations are very apparent, LSU self reported them.

Is there something new about OLOL I’m missing?

OBJ was a long time ago and the initial OLOL stuff came out a long time ago.

You don’t randomly decide to self impose over evidence you’ve had for a while. When you self report, you immediately mitigate by self imposing any penalties.

The timing of the self penalty heavily implies new evidence of wrongdoing was uncovered.
This same song and dance happened with Ole Miss.
Ole Miss’s initial characterization of what they found was lacking the big items. In fact it was lacking right up until the full NOA was released IIRC.

I would guess COVID is to blame.
