Strip of bars along 3rd street, downtown. Some are mildly civilized.
Or, try one under the Perkins Overpass. Someone already said Ivar's, you'll find it there.

Uncle Earl's

Thrird Street has several bars, but it was pretty dead last time I went after a game.

La'baurge if you want to gamble. Pretty nice casino.

Second Uncle Earl's, not too far from LSU and they have plenty of tvs to watch games and also an outdoor patio area for cooler fall weather
