were we exposed when we put up 15 on Vandy last year then 26 on LSU?

This isn't last year, brah. Your offense isn't as good this year, from what I've seen.

And LSU's D is better this year. Again, based on what I've seen.

Until we commit to a QB and RB you can't really tell me how good our offense is. And our D is much better than last year, we held a pretty good offense to 17 and 0 in the 2nd half.

You guys needed 17 in the 4th to put up 27 on fricking Vandy, and you're going to score 32 on State?

Home opener at Tiger Stadium. Our D-Line is solid, our 0-Line and running game is looking better. It would be nice to see more of Shepard, Randle and Toliver but our QB situation blows. Also, Crowton is the worst OC in the SEC West.....

I like our chances to score 30+ if we don't turn over the football!

With the game on the line, there were two straight dropped passes and a busted route on fourth down. State just doesn't have talent at WR, bottom line.

MSU has the best set of receivers they have had in a long time. Berry, Heavens, and Bumphis can play as can the other dude who I can't remember his name. Bumphis is a special talent and would be making headlines at a bigger name program. You are way off base on your one game evaluation of the MSU receiving core.

you can't really post this and then say you'll put up 30 and be taken seriously.

Chris Smith, Bumphis, Heavens, Berry, and Marcus Green(TE) are all very capable receivers. If they keep dropping balls though, Mullen will contemplate burning the redshirts off two of our 4* freshmen.

Well I can only go by what I see. If your staff wasn't playing their best offensive players for the SEC opener against a very beatable team, that's on them.

Cam Newton has only completed 6 out of his last 20 passes beyond the line of scrimmage. I give your staff credit for finally realizing that in the second half. But the bottom line is, both of the teams AU and MSU ran up points on in week one got trounced by lesser teams in week two.

We don't really know how good either AU's offense or State's defense is yet IMHO.

Vandy nearly beat the same Northwestern that put 600 yards on AU in the Bowl game

Northwestern lost their QB, I think.

You need to keep up. NW's new QB is not only a better runner than last year's QB, he's completing 86% of his passes.

Remember the name Dan Persa.

pretty talented if you ask me

Every backup UNC defensive lineman we faced last week was a solid 4*, but they were scrubs according to everyone.

Now you wanna post that and call it "talented?" Its no better than what we faced in week 1 whether you want to believe me or not. And we were a fumble and a penalty away from putting up 44.

We have three 5* wide receivers and a slew of stellar RBs jacked up and ready to go if we can just find a QB who can play average. What do yall have?

If Jefferson starts and plays most of the game, LSU offense remains stagnant and doesn't score a TD. LSU D keeps it close but is exhausted from being on the field the entire game and gives up late TD. State wins 10-3.

If Lee happens to start and plays most of the game, LSU offense is much more fluid and moves the ball well. LSu D gets plenty of rest and doesn't give up TD. Lee gives up pick 6, but also throws 2 TDs, and LSU wins 31-10
