I've been helping a family member, who recently underwent major surgery and has a colostomy bag now. I can't tell you how many loads of soiled laundry have been done - sheets, casings, clothes over the past months. Some, like comforters are just thrown away. Just worked through a new jug of Tide detergent and hundreds of gallons of water.
