LSU v.UGA should be a great game. I think LSU isn't nearly as good on D as they were last year, but they are better than UGAs D.
I think LSUs receivers will be the difference in that game.

As a life long LSU fan I do have to say. I was impressed by the 60 minute effort of both teams. Now go on and loose no more.

LSU could have surpassed 500 if Les didn't sprout a pussy in the 2nd quarter.
This makes Les's 3rd pussy, he had one against Bama in the NC and Auburn in'06.

I can be overly critical of my team same as the next guy, but some of y'all are down right retarded. LSU came into the game and did what every non-LSU fan was praying they would not do - looked like fricking assassins on offense. 21-0 at half time, gives all you moral victory guys alot of time to look for... Well moral victories.
Miles playing conservative??? Noooo wayyy. I for one am happy he did that. I can admit lsu's D does not appear to be the world beaters we are acoustomed to. Give them more playing time, experience, etc. seems like a guy who can see the big picture is in charge? Just my take.

Auburn got 2/3 of their yards after the half.
LSU had stringers playing in certain situations after the half. Also the team looked like they came out not noticed because we were blowing Auburn out.

What I saw was an LSU O and D that had a switch.
When its on, aint scured. When its off, scured.

You keep telling yourself that just like I'll keep saying LSU was givin a gift. " we beat ourselves in the first half" see how that works?

Anyway, the refs did suck in this game for both teams.
The phantom holding call that took Metts TD back? WTF..

That's what happens when one of the teams is up by 21 points the whole game.

I'm happy Auburn didn't give up. I mean, it's definitely improvement over last year, but still pretty disappointing. Now I want to see LSU beat UGA, beat Bama and then beat UGA a 2nd time in December.

LSU played cover 2 the entire second half and had 2nd and 3rd teamers in on defense.

I will say this, if LSU doesn't get a safety that is actually in position, UGA wont be a fun game for those guys.

No, we had a false start that hurt us and a player injury. We were about to start knocking on the door don't try to spin it. AU made shite loads of mistakes and our QB was terrible in the first half along with our entire D. LSU had the game but I'm just saying it was not a 50-0 beatdown like y'all are making it out to be. Auburn still has a ways to go at this point. It's bullshite that we can't say this or have a discussion about it without being labeled as a moral victory. That's pussy shite.

Meh. There is stuff going on behind the scenes with our safeties. It'll pass over. Te auburn qb dropped two perfect deep passes. You can't defend perfect passes.

I've been preaching all summer that LSU & UGA would suffer because of the mass numbers of talent that left their programs for NFL.
LSU has slightly better quality DL and has great wrs UGA has better rb, OL & homefield. Should be great game to watch.
The SEC is down this year because Bama, LSU, UGA, A&M are all slightly below their standards of usually tough defense. Right now the best defenses are located at USC & UF.
I caught some of the LSU-AU game and it was clear that AU needs more DL help. The SEC is a DL/OL league...its hard to win without plenty of DL to rotate so your studs can rest. LSU has Johnson and Rasco but it gets spotty after that. UGA has a couple of decent guys but needs another year or two to develop a better DL and its secondary will be sitting ducks for Metty....and vice versa for Murray somewhat.
Give slight edge to LSU....but its anyones game and the one with fewest mistakes will win. North Texas was able to stop UGA for 3 q

ODB and Landry won't be fun for anyone either.
