All this is moot if he can’t win at Baylor. It’s all a wait and see. And if o is winning we’re not making a move

I think he’s more just the quiet type. Possibly mildly asperger-y but everyone kinda is in their own way.
He is an excellent talent evaluator and obviously a great defensive coach and linebacker coach. I think the 2 biggest things for him are recruiting and his offensive hires. Can he land the bigger recruits and schmooze them and their families the way they need. Im sure he learned a lot doing so many in homes with Les and O.
He and Saban are the best 2 coaches I’ve ever seen at LSU. Aranda’s halftime and in-game adjustments were incredible. I still love that 2016 defense. And opponents knew they were fricked when tManila folder came out.
Lets see how he does in the next 2-3 years but I would’ve been ok with him getting it in 2017.
