Two or three years? Try twelve
LSU has won three and been to four national championships in 16 years with three completely different coaching staffs. But yes, this time it will be different.. lmao

Urban's a quitter, no one's denying that, but doubtful it was due to Saban. After all, he did beat Saban in the playoffs with Ohio State a few years later.
Urban quit because he created a shite environment letting the players run the show, no accountability, and he didn't know how to fix it. Those teams, while extremely talented, were full of douchebags. So he called it esophageal spasms or whatever and quit a year later, after watching the program continue to decline.
I agree he wont take the LSU job. Given his health "concerns," he'll take the Texas job. While just as stressful, Texas doesn't have to compete with anyone but Oklahoma every year

No way Urbs takes the LSU job. The TEs on LSU's roster just don't have that killer instinct that he's used to.

I'm not sure he wouldn't leave it worse than he found it.
Is that possible right now?
BTW, no way in hell Urban Meyer would go to LSU.

Urban is not going to LSU to coach against Saban.
He wouldn’t go to LSU, but presumably anywhere he goes, he has to figure that he’ll coach against Saban in the playoffs just about every year, right?

He's not going anywhere. Fox gave him an incredibly sweet deal

Yeah, I agree. Not quite sure why he’d want to coach again

As if LSU could win a bidding war with Texas.....
