I am one who actually hated losing KA to LSU. His whole Bama recruitment was retarded.

doesn't really matter where the players went to HS once the uniforms are on. I'll despise Collins no more or less than Milliner

Collins and McKnight are the only misses from Louisiana where I was more than a little aggravated.
lucky for us the fun continues with beckwith this year and fournette next year.

Always gonna be someone. However, it does seem that those that spurn lsu pan out less then 50%. I am talking bigger names that do average.

Janzen Jackson, travon reed, sentimore, McKnight, Luther Davis, etc

I am guessing we should thank ya'll for Kwon Alexander and every other Alabama high school football player that has played for us. I am guessing that we have stole more players out of Alabama then the opposite

I feel good about both of them to be honest. I think Fournette is all LSU. Beckwith will probably be ours. They'll probably get Willis.

Did you mean Williams?

If we can completely lock down the state, I will be happier then queer in a Peter shop.

Williams/beckwith add in Gilmore and Willis and we have a top three class.

Would like another DT though

The Bama signing of Louisiana players has at times absolutely broken my heart/completely pissed me off, but Bell and EL are not in that list of players that have done so.

Seriously, I do not remember EL ever being considered as a guy that we "had to have".

Hell, for that matter, I was hurted more when Richardson went to Bama over LSU, and I really thought we were just barely in the ol' Trent picture.

Landon Collins? That hurt. McKnight to USC? That hurt. Bell? Not really. Lacy? we've got 4 back better than his fat arse lol.

off the top of my head:

Josh Williford
JaMarcus Russell
Chevis Jackson
Kwon Alexander
Steven Rivers
Kenny Hollis

all from Alabama. Granted Alexander and Rivers haven't played yet but the rest were pretty decent ball players

no, Tim Williams is coming to LSU. No doubter there. Willis = Collins' little bro. I think he goes to Bama but we get Fournette and Beckwith.

One of those isn't like the rest. Luther Davis contributed for four years and got a degree.

Alabama never stood a chance on Rivers. His family was still upset that Alabama didn't recruit his brother. Mike Dubose wanted Phillip Rivers at TE.

easily more than 50%, it really is amazing how many guys think they are too good for LSU then bust somewhere else.

devante bourque is the latest on that list.

I was only naming guys who have/may contribute. Sam Gibson, Sidell Corley, and Phelon Jones couldn't hack it at LSU.

All the Bama fans at the time said they didn't want him bc he was such a project Apparently he's looked pretty good since spring ball though and he's held off Randall and Bolden for 2nd string
