Red Beans & Rice with Andouille sausage in it along with a hefty serving of either fried catfish, fried chicken, or fried shrimp. If you are really hungry, throw in a side of mustard based potato salad.

Damn, that looks good.I used to have buddy at work that would bring me boudin. He worked here in Oklahoma but would go home every other weekend. Looks like you can order it online from The Best Stop.

About to place an order. This is one of the reasons I am most excited about joining the SEC. Hopefully we get to play you guy's yearly. Y'all have my favorite food and I can't wait to get back down there.

Their andouille is a little expensive, but it's awesome for chicken and sausage gumbo or jambalaya. It has a little kick.

Living in the Vieux Carre for a couple of years,
left me addicted to anything that came out
of a New Orleans kitchen---stayed away from that
hinderland Cajun favorite though, the Nutria rat,
especially stuffed Nutria.
