Doubtful. Your broke school neither had the money nor the clout to keep him

So aTm should field a top SEC defense then since he's so good, correct?

Missed that one as they had him listed as a LB.

Well, he just left, so he doesn't hurt our sack production for 2012-2014.

LSU fans made this whole thread about. Chavis

I mean Brick and Chavis are the ones who recruited DL for us. It's a pretty fair criticism. Our DL has dwindled over the last 4 years or so.

Here's a tip: if you want to troll someone there should be at least a grain of truth in what you're saying. Otherwise people will just laugh at you

What's beautiful is that isn't necessary with our offense. Just need a respectable defense.

For LSU, the defense had to be tops in the SEC to compete

and LOL at pretending aTm has any clout.

Yalls football program is a joke. You'd be ecstatic for half the success LSU has had the last 20 years. Yall are a glorified Arkansas with a higher paid staff.

LSU D-line tDecline
You can't deny that is a decline, but how does the numbers last season compare to the national average for sacks per team per season?

104th out of 128. That attacking D though......

aTm was 24th only behind Mizzou and MSST in the SEC.

More to GREAT D-Line play than sacks. Hurries, forcing QB into bad decisions, forcing the QB to check down to 2nd or 3rd receiver and not getting big yards, funneling the running play to where the LBs and DBs make a great play, etc.

Sacks, while flashy, are not the bottom line measure of the effectiveness of a D-Line.

However, I appreciate your troll bait and you are going to catch your limit!

That's ridiculous even from an LSU fan

Miles and Alleva flew to his house the night before and offered to match our money and got told to go home.

I have no doubts that LSU's defense will still be one of the better ones in the SEC.

This is what happens when you miss in recruiting. With all the early entries into the draft it was important that Brick and Chavis hit on the line prospects they brought in. Unfortunately that didn't happen.

Coach O is here now to clean up that mess

Contract issues. He wanted that extra year. At least according to every rumor I've read on multiple sites.

If you honestly think LSU didn't have the money to match aTm's offer then I don't know what to tell you. Except that you're pretty dense.

It ought to be noted that the actual process LSU has begun to engage in is not technically bankruptcy. LSU has started composing the necessary paperwork for a financial exigency. Many reports are indicating that such a proceeding is really nothing more than academic bankruptcy.

The decision as to whether or not LSU must officially enter academic bankruptcy is expected to be reached in the very near future.

Not even to mention the fact that the Athletic Department operates independently of the university.

So, in short, you're stupid.

Not jumping on the Chavis/Brick bait. The West had some veteran QBs during this stretch, and we've seen more quick pass, bubble screen shite than ever before.

LSU's AD operates separately from the school.

A lot of schools operate this way.

Try again.
