We don't blame you for these ridiculous posts - you know nothing about what it takes to win a national title. And you probably never will. A team that's happy with 8-4 will always be 8-4 or worse.

Those teams might have had 13 wins between them last year.

I fail to see how that matters. If LSU had lost to them, maybe. But no, they won every game so far. That's all that needs to be said.

NJReb,

I honestly feel sorry for you. Your only intention on this board is to flame the LSU program and that's truly sad.

Ole Miss will still be a good football team, at least by Ole Miss standards.

You're just not relevant on the national stage, that's all.

They're just feeling really butt hurt right now because they realize how pathetic they are. Humilating loss and the realization that everyone was right about Nutt. It's comical, I'm loving it.

I imagine most of us are just really excited to watch LSU fall.

That is a compliment to the LSU program.

And it is hard for anyone to want Ole Miss to fall when they are continually on the floor to begin with.

The LSU program deserves to be complimented.

It is also in for at least a four loss season if things don't change in a hurry.

Actually, you still have not won a LEGITIMATE national title in a gazzillion years.

You can't be serious? What were '07 and '03? You can cry all you want about two loses but everyone else had two as well. Should we have declined the invite? Two crystal balls thanks. For a team to do something as insane as hanging an '03 SEC west champs banner, you really need to STFU

Fact: Ole Miss fans would much rather LSU lose than watch their own team win. This is what a lifetime of mediocrity will do to a fanbase.

It's understandable, though. I can relate. Even after winning 2 NC's in 5 years, few things beat the joy of watching Ole Miss go down in flames on national TV.

LSU got lucky to make it to that 07 game, but The BCS national championship game is about as legit as it can get.

Was LSU the best team in the country those two year?
Maybe not, but they were the team that won the National Championship game, so it's a moot point.

I think LSU fans agree but it's stupid posts like this that make Ole Myth look bad.

Newsflash, LSU doesn't control the polls.

Not fact.

I cheered LSU on to both National Championships.

Ole Miss fans like watching LSU lose, but we aren't fricking arkansas fans for christsakes.

Neither did Ole Miss.
Most Ole Miss fans were excited to be ranked number 4, but knew we didn't belong there.

When we lost the media tried to spin it around like it was our fault for some reason.

The OM penis envy.
Seriously, LSU may lose 4 games this year only to reload the next. LSU may end up firing their coach only to hire a better one. At least they will be competitive year in year out.
I'd take that over not being ranked in the top ten sence before my parents were alive only to get there and lose to an average team on a nationally televised game. And start a three year process of becoming the doormat of the SEC again.
Wouldn't you?

We have never been the doormat of the SEC.

Only one year did we ever come in dead last.

The next year we finished fourth.

State, Vandy, and Kentucky are doormats.
