He led with the crown of his helmet. That is the rule, I believe. He went into the tackle with crown of his head.

This is bullshite. You cant penalize someone for not committing a penalty. If I think about running out on the field and cracking the QB in the face with the water cooler should I get a penalty? What about if I say I'm gonna do it but actually dont?

I can see the logic behind it. Throwing a punch is a personal foul whether it connects or not. I was curious on how the actual rule is written though. Where is Arrakis when we need him?
