Which is ironic because the players were suing NCAA and not SEC. If anything, it does look like that and it puts SEC up liable for lawsuits if LSU wants to get dirty with them.
I don't know how Sankey still has a job. He has opened a big can of worms on lawsuits multiple times in the past week. It's all on who wants to act on them and if LSU feels threatened enough to do it.

LSU ignored the bylaw when they recruited and signed players the SEC says are ineligible.
A bylaw they voted in favor of.
