Not sure if the buyout was negotiated down or not but it has been taken care of/is not an issue.

If I could give some advice to Tanner... hire someone who wants to be there. Not someone looking to pick up a paycheck. Its going to be a rebuild so get someone who really wants this.

If you people have any sense you will shitcan your AD. That guy is a disaster. He’s who got you into this mess.
I’d let Bobo have the reins till year end. Get a new AD in place very fast (isn’t Danny Morrison there?) and let him/her make the hire before EOY.
