The key will be the guys in front pushing open holes.

He has insane speed and cutting ability for his size, but still not as good as someone smaller. I think he will be fine though. I see him being a household name if he can get the whole blocking thing down. That's his weak point at the moment, not anything to do with his actual running.

When you are 6'3" and 240 then you don't concentrate on cutting but making small linebacker and defensive back regret trying to tackle you. He has 4.52 speed when he breaks into the open so then they have to worry about catching him.

Howard especially. He creates tremendous match up problems for AU.

Gonna have to disagree with you on Yeldon being the best RB in the country right now. I really really like Yeldon. He's a stud.
Buuuuut you haven't seen much of Ka'deem Carey or Andre Williams have you? As much as I like Yeldon (even as an LSU fan), Carey and Williams are best two backs in the country.
ETA: don't wanna hear people say that Williams doesn't play anybody. He shredded FSU's defense.

Cass McKinzy will public sodomize Henry if he tries to run up the middle. Then he'll tackle him.

Disagree.

Completely agree on the point of your post though.... Yeldon is so good that losing him is gonna hurt to some extrent regardless who steps in for him.
Just don't agree on statement used to make it.

he might tackle him, but not before he goes for a ride on the Henry pain train.
on a related note, it would be very entertaining to watch Jake Holland try to tackle Henry.

AU's smallish linebackers and defensive backs will be getting hammered.
Cass McKinzy: 6'3, 246 pounds
Kris Frost: 6'2, 238 pounds
Anthony Swain: 6'2, 239 pounds
Kenny Flowers: 6'1, 240 pounds
Jake Holland: 6'1, 240 pounds
And keep in mind, Dee Ford, Carl Lawson, and LaDarius Owens also stand up and act like linebackers sometimes.

He is averaging more than 10 yards a carry*
*granted most of it is in mop up duty or against non BCS schools but still

usually play LB because you don't have the feet, burst, or balance to make it through the hole at the LOS, and no matter how big you are, you won't run through linemen.
I'm not saying he can't be a successful back, but there's a reason you don't see many RB's built like Henry despite the fact that the country is full of 100m sprinters that look like him.

How can we even confirm this?

I didn't think he was saying Yeldon was the best back in the country, just that he was one of the top backs.

I was called and told that he's going to get more carries and TOS and BOL are reporting that he's not practicing with the scout team.
Henry has been practicing on the scout team most of the year. This week he's been with the 1s and 2s. Like I said, looks like he's going to get some extra carries against AU. It's a good match up for this game.
