Maybe not. We hired a coach at a price our higher-ups felt the market dictated we pay him.

We’re talking a .750 record...

That's pretty good. I like the touch of him smiling at the end.

While I agree with WT21 and still think Jimbo can right this ship to get A&M to 5, maybe 6, wins this year - I did find something else interesting...
Sumlin strung together a streak of 27 weeks inside of the AP Top 25 in his first two years (ended at 34 in his 3rd season). This included a win against #1 Alabama.
Jimbo's longest streak is 11 in his first two years.
Based on history, Sumlin may have the Aggys sitting nicely at 5-1 at this point this season.

Both Sumlin and Fisher have regressed quite a bit over the last few years or so.

Excellent post.
27 weeks is impressive.
Jimbob could surpass that as soon as October 2021.
Just around the corner!

Doesn't explain why you spelled "My" correctly, though.

Sumlin never beat a power 5 nonconference opponent on the road
Sumlin never beat Auburn at home
Sumlin never beat Alabama at home
Seems like history disagrees with you.
