Missouri went 0-25 vs Nebraska and Oklahoma during that stretch. OU was dismal for their standards from 1989-1995, and surprisingly MU didn’t get at least one win. But overall, it was hard for programs like Missouri, KSU, Iowa State, Kansas to have any positive consistency when going up against Nebraska from 1970-2001 and OU from 1971-1992.
