This is just factually incorrect. Texas has a dual Flagship structure and that goes back to the founding of both schools. Originally they were going to be under one system but they decided to make 2, both are Morrill Act schools with A&M being the older one. The key was when they decided to make A&M and Texas split the PUF money. Texas gets 2/3rds but the UT System is also much larger in terms of students that they have to share that money with.

Texas lead 38-21 for me. The longer you live the more the statistical norm will be met. If I live another 10 years or so, my record will hit the 0.668 winning% Texas holds over the aggy all time.
