I have tempered my expectations for year one under Kiffin and staff.
Yes, he brought in a bunch of players through the portal. But the bulk of the team is still Kelly players and we know his recruiting was very hit and miss.
And most of those portal players will be gone next year.
Year 3 is when his true judgment should come. Then he will have 2 solid recruiting classes behind him.
Any wins this season will be gravy for what's to come in the future.

I would love that, but I don't believe that we have the depth to do that yet.

Theres only 3 starters from the offense last year. 2 OL, and our all star TE. Defense wasn't an issue last year but we returned the top talent on defense from last year. This team has 46 players left over from BK era. 59 players were brought in between highschool and the portal. Your statement is wrong lol.

Defense looks good but hasn’t really played anyone yet. Offense is suspect. Can’t win many games if you can’t throw the ball down the field.
