There has to be a certain time frame before they can fire him, right? Pitino was "suspended" for like 10-14 days before they fired him because of contractual stuff, IIRC.

I really don't have any idea how the contract is written, but it seems like once he refused to come in for a meeting that it would be grounds for dismissal.
