We actually had our hearts set on the Independence Bowl at the first of the season. Disappointment set in when we didn't get to go. We're trying to regroup.

we took the wrong plane this week to miami and when we got there...they told us we are not playing their...so we barely found out we are playing in new orleans and arrived late and were unable to prepare for the utes...

We were tired. When we heard that the Utah bus was in Shreveport, we naturally assumed we had been assigned our annual trip to the Independence Poulan Weedeater PetroSun Bowl, so we loaded up and headed over there. Only problem was we could not get past ULM, so we had to get off of I-20, then we asked coach if we could stop and check out some of the cool trailers we saw in Urania, then...(get the drift)
