Why are you talking about Bama?
This thread is about LSU/A&M. My post was about LSU vs A&M.
Why won't you answer the question?

LSU will smoke Texas A&M

Certainly, but he's not the only guy on the field. How your offensive line comes together is going to have a lot to do with your level of success this year. Manziel is a special player and there's no magical defense for that.
For sure. I just find the premise that all these teams will have Manziel figured out is ridiculous. It's not like we run the wishbone here. If he can read a defense, then he can beat a defense.

I'm not them. So lets talk about LSU and the Aggies.

So the 7th game of your freshman year at QB in the SEC, despite how good you are, you have it all figured out? There is no more learning or mistakes right?
No, but apparently by week 10 you do?

He learned to rely on his arm more than his legs against UA. Coincidentally, that game was after he learned that from the LSU game. This isn't that difficult.
He didn't learn anything against FLA? Or La Tech? Or Ole Miss?
He's the only person y'all talk about. Other players have to progress as well.

That's what I'm doing, but it also involves other teams.
Answer the question.

ppl will have JFF figured out.
I would think that the DC's will use the Gregg Williams strategy...Hit him any chance you can. It worked on Brett Favre.

You're right. People don't learn from losses.

Do I think A&M Was better than Bama last year? No.
Do I think they are better now? No way of telling, lets watch some football first.

It will be a big game.
Whether there are BCS implications depends on how well both teams play the rest of the year.
LSU has the tougher schedule partially due to being forced in to having Florida as an annual rival.
It would be good for the SEC if the conference schedule inequities were corrected (no more forced rivals).

There's the rub, though. JFF is far too elusive to get a clean hit on most of the time. Half the time he's popped back up and running back to the huddle while the defender is still picking himself up off the ground.

So, WHY was A&M able to win that game, at BDS? What's your analysis?

Didn't say that.
But he had 3 close games, one of those loss before playing LSU. I'm not even trying to take away from his season, but he played great before LSU and great after LSU.

Its football, man. In every sport teams beat teams that are better than them.
They had just come to Tiger Stadium and had a final seconds touchdown. An incredibly emotional high stress game. Teams do have hangovers after games like that.
LSU vs Bama is a very physical matchup, it is very damn hard to turn around and win again against a good team with a Heisman QB. (something LSU did after playing Florida > USC > A&M(AWAY))
ETA: And holy shite slow down with repeating yourself.

A&M was in the middle of its toughest slate of games (without having had a bye).
Aggies were in better shape than Bama, and will be again on 9/14.
