So Tennessee is so desperate to get a coach that they would even hire a head coach who was fired for being abusive to his players. Can anyone imagine the negative recruiting if Tennessee in desperation hires Leach?

I don't. You need to realize that just because the Haslams picked Schiano, that doesn't mean everyone else was in the dark til the contract was signed other than them and Currie. Peyton and Fulmer both approved of the hire. I don't get why that triggers you.
